The entire three story, 9000 ft2 building.

Brewing Equipment

Well maintained 3bbl brewhouse. Four 4bbl cylindroconical fermenters, a 6bbl and a 7bbl cylindroconical fermenters, a 4bbl bright beer tank and three 6bbl bright beer tanks. All double jacketed and independently temperature controlled to brew both ales and lagers. The system also includes nine 200 gallon custom single shell serving tanks and two 70 gallon single shell soda tanks. Also includes a substantial inventory of kegs and small wares. Everything you need to brew great beers and sodas. Already set up and ready to operate. I will even stay on to train.

Kitchen Equipment

Everything you need to execute a complicated scratch menu for both table service and catering. Equipment list will be posted soon.

Furniture and Fixtures

Everything in the building comes with the sale. Tables, chairs, even the antique piano. Stay tuned for more details.

Recipies

All beer, soda and food menu recipies, as well as complete regulatory records for operations. Brewery, beer and wine licenses are all transferrable.
