Host your event at PVB

Rent our spacious loft (3000 ft2) for your next event. This includes usage of main floor facilities (restrooms and main bar service) at no additional charge. Kitchen facilities can be rented as an additional cost.

We provide the space and will staff a bartender at the bar on the main floor (no outside alcohol is allowed, that violates our licensing). You can either host a fully paid bar tab or we can run a cash bar for your guests. We will provide a selection of beer, wine, canned cocktails and non-alcohol beverages.

You may provide your own food for the event, plates and utensils. We can provide buffet tables and chaffers if needed.

Rental Options:

Rental Fees:

Evening Loft Rental (6 hours max) $300*

Entire day Rental (24 hours max) $400*

*Use of kitchen for event is an additional $100

Refundable cleaning deposit $250 per event. An additional $250 cleaning deposit required if renting the kitchen too. Cleaning deposits are fully refundable if the rented space is left as clean or cleaner as it was when you arrived.

Fees and cleaning deposit are required in advance to reserve the space. Room rental fee is non-refundable once booked.
