Host your event at PVB
Rent our spacious loft (3000 ft2) for your next event. This includes usage of main floor facilities (restrooms and main bar service) at no additional charge. Kitchen facilities can be rented as an additional cost.

We provide the space and will staff a bartender at the bar on the main floor (no outside alcohol is allowed, that violates our licensing). You can either host a fully paid bar tab or we can run a cash bar for your guests. We will provide a selection of beer, wine, canned cocktails and non-alcohol beverages.

Options are provided to rent the entire Loft with a occupancy limit of 175 people, or only the East Wing of the Loft for groups less than 30 people.
You may provide your own food for the event, if you provide plates and utensils. We can provide buffet tables and a cooler for food you bring in.

Rental Fees:
Entire Loft Rental (6 hours max) $300 Cash or Venmo, $310 by Credit Card
Entire Loft Rental (over 6 hours) add $50/hour
East Wing of Loft (6 hours max) $200 Cash or Venmo, $205 by Credit Card
East Wing of Loft (over 6 hours) add $25/hour
Note: Use of kitchen for event is an additional $100 and is only available before 4pm.

Cleaning Deposit:
Refundable cleaning deposit $250 per event. An additional $250 cleaning deposit required if renting the kitchen too. Cleaning deposits are fully refundable if the rented space is left as clean or cleaner as it was when you arrived.

Note:
Fees and cleaning deposit are required in advance to reserve the space. Room rental fee is non-refundable once booked. Also, sales tax is required on Room Rental Fee.
